I attended Expo West ‘08 last week. A fantabulous display of all things natural/organic in the food, pet, household product, fashion industry. Had the great pleasure of seeing my friend Woody Tasch, the mastermind behind Investor’s Circle and a growing swell behind Slow Money and dancing it up (which I love), and some other wonderful treat.Have to say though, not dissimilar to Michael Pollan’s speech about nutrients vs. whole food value, and the true roots of food, organic and natual, it was a stunner to be faced with trying hundreds of products. Not food per se, but products. I’m into eating lower on the food chain, and educating folks how to do it economically.As always, I encourage you to know where your food originates and to understand why it’s the right choice for you.Happy bites!
